Marriott Bangladesh Business Council Marks 11 Years of “Road to Give”

The Marriott Bangladesh Business Council successfully commemorated the 11th edition of its flagship community initiative, “Road to Give,” bringing together associates, partners, and community members from Le Méridien Dhaka and Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel in a collective effort to promote wellness, solidarity, and social impact.

What began more than a decade ago as a modest program aimed at fostering connection through fitness and philanthropy has grown into a meaningful regional movement across South Asia—one that champions empathy, inclusion, and community engagement.

This year’s campaign saw the participation of over 400 associates, who joined in a series of wellness activities and interactive games. Through these efforts, the initiative successfully mobilized funds that will be directed toward community well-being and social development programs.

Aligned with Marriott’s core value of “Putting People First,” participating hotels organized community-driven wellness events designed to encourage teamwork, physical well-being, and a shared commitment to giving back.

Looking ahead, the Marriott Bangladesh Business Council remains dedicated to expanding the impact of this initiative. Constantinos S. Gavriel, General Manager of Le Méridien Dhaka, and Md. Al Amin, General Manager of Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel, expressed sincere appreciation to all associates, partners, and supporters who contributed to making the 2025 edition a notable success.

They emphasized that every step taken and every contribution made brings the community closer to a more compassionate, inclusive, and socially responsible future—one where the spirit of giving continues to inspire meaningful change.
