A great way to head into the long weekend! Tourism Ireland was recognised as “Best Tourism Board – Europe 2026” at the TravelPulse Canada Readers’ Choice Awards ✨

The category is a strong one alongside our European Travel Commission peers, and with or without a win, the event is always a fun opportunity to catch up and connect with colleagues across the travel industry (although it’s always afterwards I realize I didn’t take enough photos!). Really proud of our team here in Canada. There’s a lot of energy, ideas and hard work behind what we deliver, and while awards aren’t the goal, it’s admittedly nice to see that work recognized with a trophy on the desk this morning. Huge credit and congrats to Lauren Lamonday, Stephan Petar, James Walsh & Ceithleann Ní Dhuibhir Ní Dhúlacháin. And thanks, as always, to our partners and collaborators. Ní neart go cur le chéile!
