GreenWorking Awards 2026 Open Call for Sustainable Tourism Videos

Tourism organizations, production companies, and creative agencies worldwide can submit their work
until September 21, 2026. Registration is free of charge.
Vienna, July 21, 2026 – The GreenWorking Awards 2026 are now open for entries, inviting tourism organizations, production
companies, and creative agencies worldwide to showcase their most inspiring sustainable tourism videos. Registration is free of
charge, offering professionals the opportunity to gain international recognition for their commitment to responsible storytelling
and sustainable audiovisual production.
Organized by the International Committee of Tourism Film Festivals (CIFFT) and the Spanish creative agency Normmal, the
second edition of the GreenWorking Awards celebrates campaigns that combine creative excellence with sustainability, aligned
with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Following the success of its first edition, the awards return with an expanded global ambition, seeking to attract a wider range of
outstanding productions and further establish the awards as a leading reference for sustainable tourism communication.
Three Categories, One Vision
The awards recognize excellence across three thematic categories. The GreenWorking Production Award celebrates campaigns
that stand out for their sustainable audiovisual production practices, including emissions reduction, efficient use of resources,
waste minimization, the selection of responsible suppliers, and the adoption of production processes with a lower environmental
impact, among other aspects.

The GreenWorking Message Award recognizes campaigns that deliver impactful sustainability messages. The GreenWorking
Global Award honors the best campaign that combines responsible production practices with a strong and effective
sustainability narrative.

“The GreenWorking Awards reflect a growing shift toward more responsible tourism communication, pushing the industry to
rethink not only what it communicates, but how it produces it,” said Alexander V. Kammel, CIFFT Director. “Tourism is one of the
industries with the greatest reach into communities and ecosystems worldwide, and the stories it tells shape how millions of
travelers behave. Rewarding the productions that get this right is how we push the whole industry forward.”

An International Jury of Sustainability and Creative Leaders
The GreenWorking Awards jury brings together recognized experts from the fields of sustainability and environment, tourism,
marketing, and audiovisual production. The panel includes representatives from organizations such as UN Tourism, the Global
Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), the European Travel Commission, the European Climate Pact, and Biosphere, among others.

“In this second edition, the GreenWorking Awards go beyond rewarding excellence, driving an unstoppable shift toward tourism
communication that cares for the planet with the same passion it brings to every story it tells”, affirms Alberto Fernández, CEO of
Normmal and President of the Jury.
