The new edition was presented today in Menorca, offering a first look at what’s ahead for hospitality storytelling and communication.
A key highlight was the talk “Hospitality 360”, featuring CIFFT General Secretary Hugo Marcos in conversation with Alberto Fernández, CEO of Normmal, exploring the future of hospitality communication.
