M.A. Isabella Mavellia is a German–Italian cultural strategist and practitioner. She held a dual role at the Council of Europe’s Cultural Routes in Luxembourg, contributing to the Routes4U project and the Institute of Cultural Routes. She helped develop Routes4U, organise the first Routes4U conference in Venice, and evaluate Cultural Routes and candidate sites, ensuring quality and cross-border collaboration. Her work bridges heritage preservation, sustainable tourism, and regional development, strengthening Europe’s network of connected cultural routes.
