Paradores signs an agreement with Impulsa Igualdad to promote accessibility in its establishments
Paradores and Impulsa Igualdad signed a collaboration agreement establishing a framework for academic, technical and cultural cooperation aimed at identifying opportunities for improving accessibility and guaranteeing equal opportunities in the hotel chain’s establishments.
Specifically, this alliance was signed by both presidents of the two entities, Raquel Sánchez and Francisco Sardón, within the framework of Fitur 2026, according to a statement.
Through this agreement, they undertake to work together in areas such as specialised advice on accessibility, carrying out verification visits to establishments, training Paradores’ professional teams and improving the tourist information offered to customers.
Likewise, the results of these actions may be incorporated into tourist guides and the TUR4all platform. The agreement also includes awareness-raising actions aimed at the tourism sector as a whole.
In the words of the president of Paradores, accessibility is not an accessory element, but an “essential” condition to offer quality and truly inclusive tourism. He also stressed that this agreement is “one more step” in the hotel company’s commitment to social responsibility and to the development of its 360 Universal Accessibility Plan.

For Impulsa Igualdad, this collaboration represents a new step in its work to promote equal opportunities and eliminate barriers in access to goods and services.
