NB 02: Fee Customization & MoU Supremacy: Final service scopes, retainer terms, and commission models can be customized based on project parameters. In the event of any variance between generic proposals and an executed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or Statement of Work (SOW), whichever fee, percentage, or rate structure is higher within the signed MoU shall supersede all prior estimates and apply.
